Meet Hillary Spear

As a real estate broker with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, I am dedicated to helping clients find not just a home, but a sense of community in Crested Butte. My journey with LIV Sotheby’s began in marketing and agent strategy for the resort regions, where I developed a keen eye for market trends and an appreciation for the power of meaningful connections. Together with my business partner, Gary Huresky, we aim to provide exceptional service and educated guidance to help clients navigate the unique opportunities of the Crested Butte real estate market.

Originally from coastal California, I first visited Crested Butte on a ski trip and quickly fell in love with the town’s charm and the man who would become my husband, a Crested Butte native. Captivated by the community and lifestyle, I made the move in the early 2020s and have never looked back. My academic foundation in Marketing and Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, coupled with my passion for fostering relationships, has shaped my approach to real estate.

Outside of real estate, I own CB Power Yoga, where we create spaces for connection, growth, and community. Whether teaching yoga, crafting marketing and graphic design solutions, or exploring the valley’s incredible outdoor opportunities, I embrace the vibrancy of life in Crested Butte. My favorite moments are spent skiing, mountain biking, or nordic skiing with my husband and our dogs.

An avid cook and enthusiastic host, I find joy in bringing people together to celebrate and create lasting memories. Crested Butte is more than a place—it’s a way of life. I’m honored to help others discover their own sense of belonging in this extraordinary mountain community.
